Information Automatically Collected

Non-Identifying Information – The Websites may automatically collect certain non-identifying information regarding users of the Websites, such as the IP address of your computer, the IP address of your Internet service provider, the date and time you access the Websites, the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to the Websites, the operating system you are using, the sections of the Websites you visit, the pages of the Websites read and images viewed, and the materials you post to or download from the Websites. This non-identifying information is used for the operation of our web services, to maintain quality of the services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our web services.

We make no attempt to link this information with the identity of individuals visiting our Websites. We may, however, review service logs for security purposes, for example to detect intrusions into our network. The possibility therefore exists that service log data, which contains visitors’ IP addresses, could in instances of criminal malfeasance be used to trace and identify individuals. In such instances, raw data logs would be shared with the appropriate investigative bodies authorized to investigate such breaches of security. Your non-identifying information may be permanently archived for future use.

Cookies – The Websites may use “cookies”, a technology that installs information on a website user’s computer to permit the website to recognize future visits using that computer. Cookies enhance the convenience and use of a website. TwinSpin may disclose your personal information to a government institution that has asserted its lawful authority to obtain the information or where TwinSpin has reasonable grounds to believe the information could be useful in the investigation of unlawful activity, or to comply with a subpoena or warrant or an order made by a court, person or body with jurisdiction to compel the production of information, or to comply with court rules regarding the production of records and information, or to protect the rights and property of TwinSpin or otherwise as permitted or required by law.  If TwinSpin is involved in a merger or other reorganization, TwinSpin may also disclose your personal information to the resulting organization.

TwinSpin has no control over and is not liable for the collection, use or disclosure of any posted User Content or your included personal information by users of the Websites, forums, Twitter pages, Facebook pages or other social networking pages/sites.
